AVM System 650SF
(Solvent Free Urethane) The AVM System 650SF decking system is designed for everyday use and is a solvent free, low odor, liquid applied, moisture cured, urethane waterproof system. The AVM System 650SF elastomeric decking system consists of an epoxy primer, two coats of a polyurethane basecoat and one or more coats of polyurethane topcoat. The AVM System 650SF decking system can be applied to protect surfaces against spalling, freeze/thaw damage, and chemicals commonly encountered on these surfaces. It is designed to expand and contract with normal structural movements. It will neither soften in heat nor embrittle in cold.
Vehicular Deck Coatings
AVM System 680SF
(Solvent Free Urethane) The AVM System 680SF, vehicular deck system is a solvent free, liquid applied, high solids, moisture cured waterproof system. The system utilizes an epoxy primer and one easy to use high tensile, solvent free, aromatic urethane to complete the system. The AVM System 680SF vehicular deck system is a user-friendly application of a low odor coating that is specifically designed to be tough and durable enough to withstand vehicular traffic. It is an elastomeric system designed to expand and contract with normal structural movements. The three coat application saves time and labor.
AVM System 200
Is a traffic bearing deck coating system suitable for cement substrates where waterproofing is not required. AVM System 200 beautifies and adds a non-skid surface to new and existing concrete slabs. Typical areas include pool decks, balconies, stairs, walkways, patios, courtyards, and other traffic bearing surfaces.
AVM System 240
AVM Micro Topping 240 is a thin decorative concrete coating designed for resurfacing new and old concrete surfaces. (Typically for very smooth finishes) It is commonly used in restaurants, stores, and other areas where a smooth finish is desired. It is commonly colored or stained and then sealed with a glossy sealer.
AVM System 300
AVM Stamp Crete 300 is a ¼ - ½ inch thick decorative stamped concrete overlay system for resurfacing and beautifying old and new concrete surfaces. AVM Stamp Crete 300 is available in many different designs, patterns and colors.

The AVM AUSSIE MEMBRANE is vapor-proof, brown rubber/ bitumen liquid emulsion with excellent adhesion, which dries to a tough, black seamless flexible waterproof membrane. The AUSSIE MEMBRANE is a thixotropic cold applied bitumen emulsion with added rubber latex. It exhibits excellent elongation and recovery properties.

AVM System 512 - Patch 512
Patch 512 is a thick, fast curing bitumen (Aussie 500 + Curing Powder) that sets up in less than an hour. Patch 512 is an advanced, ecologically friendly polymer modified bitumen based patch. Patch 512 may be used as a patching compound for filling holes, cracks and voids or as a membrane when short cure times are needed. After curing, Patch 512 creates a tough and flexible seamless waterproofing membrane. Patch 512 may be applied in one thick layer (up to 1 inch thick) using a taping knife, trowel, brush, roller or squeegee.
Prefabricated Drainage Composites
Drain Board 2000/2020
AVM Drain Board 2000 provides protection for waterproofing systems and managing subsurface water around building foundations. Soil back fill is retained by a filter fabric while allowing water to pass into the drainage core providing hydrostatic relief. Collected water is then conveyed to a proper collection system.
Drain Board 6000/6020
AVM Drainboard 6000 provides protection for waterproofing systems and managing subsurface water around building foundations. Soil backfill is retained while allowing water to pass into the drainage system providing hydrostatic relief. Collected water is then conveyed to a proper collection system.
Drain Board 9000/9020/9080 AVM Drain Board 9000 provides protection for waterproofing systems and collecting excess water in planters, between-slab applications, rooftop gardens, and other horizontal surfaces. Planting soil is retained while allowing water to pass into the drainage core. The collected water is then conveyed to a proper collection system.

R-Tech® Fanfold is a high-performance, rigid insulation consisting of a superior closed-cell, lightweight and resilient expanded polystyrene (EPS) with advanced polymeric laminate facers. R-Tech is available with factory adhered metallicreflective facers, white facers or a combination of the two. The core of R-Tech is the same high-quality as our InsulFoam® brand insulations and meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM C578, Standard Specification for Rigid, Cellular Polystyrene Thermal Insulation. R-Tech has excellent dimensional stability, compressive strength and water-resistant properties. R-Tech Fanfold is an Energy Star® qualified insulation and qualifies for LEED points.
Protective Panel (Asphaltic)
APOC® 5520 Protection Panels are a tough, durable, protective cover designed to protect the various membrane waterproofing systems found in construction today. APOC® Protection Panels offer superiorprotection not found in fibrous type products that eventually rot, warp, or decompose. While not intended as a waterproofing membrane APOC® Protection Panels consist of a core of air blown asphalt and mineral fiber which is covered on both sides with a flexible inorganic fiberglass mat. The result is a moldable, water repellent panel that will not shrink or decay. Use to protect vertical wall membrane from damage during backfilling. Panels are also used on horizontal surfaces to protect waterproofing membrane from job site foot traffic. Typically used to protect membranes which have been installed on plaza decks, tunnels, bridges, foundation walls, planters and green roofs.

AVM System 700

AVM System 700 is both breathable and fully reinforced. It's designed to waterproof surfaces which will have tile, brick, slate, pavers or other similar finished surfaces installed directly over the membrane. AVM System 700 is ideal for waterproofing out-door applications such as Balconies, Roof Decks, etc. It may also be used in Kitchens, shower pans, counter-tops, or other similar areas.
AVM System 750 - AVM Yellow
(Water-Based Liquid Rubber) IAPMO/ICC ESR-0131, IAPMO File #5003). Exceeds ANSI A118.10 Standards. AVM System 750 is a non-breathable and non reinforced (Very flexible) waterproofing membrane. It's designed to waterproof surfaces which will have tile, brick, slate, pavers or other similar finished surfaces installed directly over the membrane. It's ideally suited to waterproof shower pans, bathrooms, kitchens, ponds and other areas in continuously wet environments. It may also be used to waterproof out-door applications such as Balconies, Roof Decks, etc.
Sloping Preparation
AVM Crete 6200 A polymer fortified cement mix, designed to be used as a heavy duty texture, slurry coat, scratch coat or bond coat. AVM 6200 may also be used as a patching compound and for minor sloping or leveling repairs not exceeding ¼ inch in thickness. AVM Crete 6200 reaches 6000 PSI after 28 days.
AVM Crete 6400 AVM 6400 is a polymer fortified cement mix, designed to be used for sloping and leveling applications ranging from 1/8 in. thick to ¼ inch thick. AVM Crete 6400 reaches 3700 PSI after 28 days.
AVM Additive 7150 AVM Concrete Additive 7150, is a ready to use concrete Additive add-mixture. The AVM Concrete Additive 7150 allows the cement mix to be used for thin sloping, leveling, resurfacing, patching. AVM Concrete Additive 7150 will increase strength, performance, bonding and water resistance. It will reduce Cracking, Chipping, Flaking and Shrinkage as well.
AVM Additive 7300 AVM Concrete Additive 7300, is a concentrated Acrylic based concrete Additive add-mixture formulated to provide long open times for the wet concrete mix. AVM Concrete Additive 7300 is ideal for thin Stamped Concrete applications and was designed specifically to be used with AVM's stamping mix, AVM Aggregate 300.
AVM Additive 7400 Ready to use, acrylic concrete additive for the most demanding applications. Allows the cement mix to be used for scratch coats, slurry coats, thin sloping, leveling or patching applications over concrete and plywood substrates. In addition, it may be combined with thin-set mortars for tile setting.

AVM Top Coat Sealer 4400 - ACRIPOX is a High Performance low VOC water-based Acrylic/Epoxy Hybrid sealer (2-part system). This unique sealer provides the benefits of Acrylics along with the durability and strength of Epoxy, and yet, it allows the surface to breathe.
