Aussie Tube 950
The AVM Aussie Tube Injection System is a specially engineered, multi-channel PVC injection hose used for creating a secondary waterproofing barrier at critical concrete construction joints. The system is made from high-grade thermoplastic PVC and is designed to allow low-viscosity injection grouts—such as acrylic, polyurethane, or epoxy resins—to be injected after concrete placement, either as a preventative measure or to seal active leaks. The internal design of the tube ensures 360-degree grout dispersion, and its reinjectable capabilities provide long-term value for maintenance and repair scenarios.
Where to Use
- Cold joints and construction joints in below-grade structures
- Slabs-on-grade and below-grade walls
- Tunnels and retaining walls
- Water tanks, foundations, and elevator pits
- Any critical concrete joint requiring long-term, serviceable waterproofing access
Key Features
- Reinjectable Protection — Can be flushed and re-used for future injection if movement or water ingress occurs.
- 360° Grout Dispersion — Multi-channel design allows uniform grout distribution along the joint length.
- Compatible with Multiple Grouts — Works with acrylic gels, PU, and epoxy resins for tailored waterproofing solutions.
- Cost-Effective System — Provides long-term waterproofing assurance without the need for destructive access in the future.
