Aussie Gas-Lock 420-FC is a high-performance, two-component, fluid-applied gas vapor barrier system formulated to block methane, VOCs, and other soil gases. The product consists of a chemically cured, water-based polymer blend reinforced with synthetic compounds for enhanced flexibility, adhesion, and chemical resistance. Once applied, it forms a seamless, elastomeric membrane that effectively seals substrates against gas intrusion while accommodating structural movement and surface irregularities.
