Aussie Seal Silicone 100
Aussie Seal® Silicone 100 is a high-performance, one-component, moisture-curing, ultra-low-modulus neutral silicone designed for demanding weatherproofing and moving joints. It provides excellent adhesion to substrates such as coated glass, anodized aluminum, painted metals, precast concrete, and air-barrier systems, making it ideal for complex building envelopes.
Engineered for long-term flexibility, it suits curtain walls, precast panels, metal systems, and window perimeters where movement must be accommodated. Suitable for both perimeter caulking and expansion joints, it simplifies product selection on site. It applies easily in all climates and cures with atmospheric moisture to form a durable, UV, weather, and temperature-resistant elastic joint.
Where to Use
Aussie Seal® Silicone 100 is designed for demanding, high-movement joints, including aluminum framing, curtain walls, unitized façades, metal panels, window and door perimeters, concrete and tilt-wall joints, glazing, and expansion or control joints. It performs well with dissimilar materials such as metal-to-concrete assemblies.

Hybrid Silane Terminated Polyether (STPE) Sealant/Adhesive
Gun-grade moisture cure sealant available in cartridges, sausages, pails, and drums. Standard color is gray with white and black available by special order.
